Biography
Natalie Felsen is a Litigation Associate at Bartko Pavia LLP where she represents clients in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes, primarily focusing on trade secret misappropriation and copyright infringement. With extensive experience in all stages of civil litigation in federal and California courts, Natalie uses her knowledge of civil procedure to effectively and creatively advance her clients’ interests.
She is a member of the Leadership Development Committee for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and actively participates in attorney recruiting to empower young attorneys from underrepresented communities. Conversational in Spanish, Natalie is an alumna of Stanford Law School, Columbia University, and St Antony’s College at the University of Oxford.
