David A. Dunbar

Biography

David Dunbar is a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Bartko Pavia LLP. With over 30 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in San Francisco, David has served as the lead litigation paralegal at numerous trials in both federal and superior courts, including some of relative notoriety. His experience includes the procedural training of other litigation paralegals, legal secretaries, practice assistants, and numerous associate attorneys.

Recently, David completed a bench trial before Judge William Orrick, in the Northern District of California. Throughout, David was in charge of all aspects of litigation support including database management and updates, discovery and document productions, on-demand database searches and support of the litigation trial team. He attended all 15 court-days of the trial and contributed to the pre-trial and post-trial filings through the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and ultimately led to a defense verdict on his client’s behalf.
