Hector Suarez

Biography

Hector Suarez is Senior Counsel at Bartko Pavia LLP in the Real Estate Practice. Hector’s practice concentrates on complex retail lease negotiations on behalf of national retailers, including Ross Dress for Less, dd’s DISCOUNTS, Levi Strauss & Co., and Gap Inc. He also is experienced in advising clients on a wide variety of complex real estate transactions, including office leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants, the acquisition and disposition of commercial and industrial properties, and the negotiation of financing and joint venture agreements. Hector frequently serves as local counsel for out-of-state-law firms negotiating commercial leases in California. Prior to joining the firm, Hector worked for a large national firm where he focused on representing institutional owners of hotel and resort properties.
