Biography
Joe’s practice focuses on general commercial, corporate and compliance matters for clients in the luxury goods industries, including state privacy laws and the evolving legal issues regarding artificial intelligence. Joe has more than 30 years’ experience as a practicing attorney, primarily in the areas of investment and real estate law, and has advised senior executives, business clients and boards of directors on complex legal matters.
