Ramanpreet “Raman” Dheri

Biography

Raman Dheri is an Associate at Bartko Pavia LLP and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. She has extensive experience defending and advising California employers of all sizes and across a wide range of industries in labor and employment law matters. Her practice focuses on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability, wrongful termination, wage and hour, employee misclassification, and PAGA claims from pre-claim investigation through all phases of litigation. She is experienced in counseling clients through administrative proceedings before State and Federal agencies as well as in representing clients in State and Federal courts.

Raman has experience in remediating compliance issues, including drafting and revising handbooks, employment policies, employment contracts, arbitration agreements, and severance agreements. She also has experience in labor negotiations, serving as an assistant negotiator for collective bargaining agreements.
