Alberto Canton is an Associate at Bartko Pavia LLP in the Corporate Practice with a focus on corporate and commercial law, international transactions, and privacy matters. He advises clients on cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, and data privacy issues.
Alberto earned his law degree from Bocconi University in 2021, where he wrote his thesis on American contract law under the guidance of Professor emeritus Attilio Guarneri. In 2022, he obtained his LLM from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Academic Excellence Award.
During his time at USC Gould, Alberto served as a Teaching Assistant for the “Legal Profession” course and actively participated in the Global Investment Society and Business Law Society.
In 2024, Alberto completed a secondment in the corporate practice of Trevisan & Cuonzo Avvocati, a leading Italian law firm specializing in commercial law and intellectual property litigation, based in Milan.
Fluent in both English and Italian, Alberto is admitted to the New York Bar.
