Brittany N. Dejong

Biography

Brittany DeJong is a Senior Counsel at Bartko Pavia LLP, specializing in complex business litigation, particularly in antitrust and unfair competition issues. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in intricate cases at the state level and possesses expertise in all stages of litigation. This includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, overseeing complex discovery, and managing trial preparation and mediations.

Prior to joining Bartko Pavia, Brittany worked at a firm that represented plaintiffs in complex class actions and at a boutique trial firm, where her focus was on multiparty litigation involving catastrophic property damage. Prior to her career in private practice, she served as a Research Attorney for the Honorable Peter Busch in the Law & Motion Department at the San Francisco Superior Court. During law school, Brittany also externed for the Honorable Susan Illston of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
