David A. Singer

Biography

David A. Singer is Senior Counsel at Bartko Pavia LLP, in the firms Real Estate Practice. His work focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with particular expertise in retail leasing. David brings an extensive and diverse background in the real estate sector, having held senior legal and business roles across commercial real estate disciplines including retail and office leasing industries, coworking, hospitality, and development. Prior to joining Bartko, he served as Senior Counsel at Sonder, a boutique hospitality operator, and was leasing counsel at the law firm representing Related Companies on its Hudson Yards project in New York City. He also served as General Counsel at National Resources, a developer of large-scale mixed-use projects in the New York metropolitan area. In addition, David was a managing partner with a coworking startup that expanded from a single New York City location to five locations across New York and Chicago.
