Biography
Giovanni E. Spinelli is the Managing Partner of Bartko Pavia LLP’s New York office and is the Chair of the Corporate Practice. Known for his deep knowledge of the issues and specific needs of his Italian and other European clients, Mr. Spinelli’s practice focuses on general corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on the fashion and retail industries, and includes international mergers & acquisitions, finance, distribution and licensing. He counsels foreign companies in establishing and developing their presence in the United States, and regularly advises several high-profile clients in the luxury goods and banking industries.
