Biography
Hilda Senseney is a Partner at Bartko Pavia LLP, specializing in commercial real estate transactions with a focus on retail and office leasing, as well as the acquisition and disposition of real property. She represents national retail and office tenants in California and across the U.S., managing transactions related to their retail and office portfolios.
Before joining the firm, Hilda worked at several large national law firms, where she represented multinational REITs and institutional landlords in all transactional matters concerning the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate and office buildings. Her work included negotiating financing agreements and joint venture documentation.

Hilda has extensive experience with commercial retail and office leases for landlord and tenant clients, including build to suit leases and purchase/sale agreements and ancillary documentation such as easements, CC&R’s, construction agreements, license agreements, confidentiality agreements, escrow holdback agreements, 1031 and reverse 1031 agreements and consents.
