Drawing from over a decade of experience in the video game and entertainment industries, Jessica offers clients a multifaceted approach to legal problem-solving that blends deep industry knowledge with strategic intellectual property counsel. Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright enforcement, licensing, and commercial litigation, particularly for clients navigating fast-moving digital and creative markets. Jessica has lead global brand protection efforts, managed portfolios of hundreds of trademarks and copyrights, and overseen litigation strategies involving infringement, online enforcement, and DMCA takedowns. She has negotiated complex licensing agreements with major entertainment brands and advises on regulatory compliance across data privacy, advertising, AI, and esports. Before joining the firm, Jessica held in-house and private practice roles, including serving as General Counsel at a major game development studio.
