Biography
Kathryn Cabrera is a Litigation Paralegal at Bartko Pavia LLP, specializing in antitrust and unfair competition issues. With over 15 years of experience, Kathryn is well-versed in all stages of litigation in state and federal trial, appellate, and supreme courts.
Before joining Bartko Pavia, Kathryn acquired extensive experience in complex class actions related to antitrust, consumer protection, data breaches, and securities issues. She also worked in personal injury litigation, focusing on complex Judicial Council Coordination Proceedings (JCCP) and Multi-District Litigation (MDL) cases, where she provided support for bellwether trials.
