Windy Loritsch is a Litigation Paralegal at Bartko Pavia LLP specializing in antitrust and unfair competition issues. With over 10 years of experience, Windy is proficient in all stages of complex litigation in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Bartko Pavia LLP, Windy worked at a prominent mass tort firm, where she represented victims of catastrophic wildfires, including the Thomas and Woolsey Fires, the Hermits Peak Fire, and the Maui Fire. She also has extensive experience in complex class action cases, having contributed to multi-million dollar consumer lawsuits involving antitrust, privacy, data breaches, and automotive defects.
