Biography
Curtis Holdsworth is Of Counsel at Bartko Pavia LLP and a member of the Litigation Practice group.
Curtis began his professional career at the preeminent full service law firm of Greenberg Glusker. He later joined a boutique litigation firm formed by former Latham & Watkins and Morrison & Foerster partners, after which he founded his own business litigation and employment defense firm.
Throughout his career, Curtis has prosecuted and defended cases involving unfair business practices, fraud, breach of contract, alter-ego claims, business torts, trade secrets, partition claims, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith claims on behalf of a variety of privately held and publicly traded companies. Curtis has first-chair trial experience in both state and federal courts involving a broad array of industries, including major banks, investment firms, retailers, medical device manufacturers, and auto auction companies.
Curtis approaches each matter with a unique level of energy and desire to win that he attributes to his experience as a world class athlete. He is also pragmatic and creative about problem solving, and does not lose sight of his client’s business goals even when engaged in contentious litigation matters.
Curtis is also the founder of Bot Mediation, Inc., the first-of-its-kind artificial intelligence mediator, making dispute resolution more accessible, efficient, and cost-effective. Bot Mediation doesn’t just streamline negotiations — it provides a truly neutral, data-informed foundation for reaching settlements.
