With over 20 years of experience, she represents some of the country’s leading brands, ensuring that their leases align with strategic growth objectives and operational needs.

Kimberly negotiates, drafts, and structures leases that protect tenant interests while facilitating seamless market expansion into shopping centers nationwide. She helps national tenants secure favorable terms in highly competitive retail environments. With a keen focus on deal efficiency and strategic consensus building, Kimberly helps clients expand into new and existing markets with confidence.

In addition to her years of retail leasing experience, Kimberly’s diverse transactional real estate background includes construction, real estate secured financing, and the acquisition and sale of various types of real property including shopping centers, hotels, large multi-family apartment complexes, and raw land. Before joining the firm, Kimberly was an in-house attorney for a regional developer, specializing in real estate leasing transactions and construction law.
