Biography
Victoria Santana Sosa is the Human Resources Manager at Bartko Pavia LLP. In this role, she leads the HR function for the firm to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a strong, inclusive culture. Victoria partners with senior leadership to craft and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success, optimize team performance, and support firmwide goals. With ten years of experience within the legal sector, Victoria is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (“SHRM”).
At Bartko Pavia, Victoria oversees a broad range of HR functions, including talent management, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and wellness initiatives.
Her experience in employment law, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and regulatory compliance enables her to play a key role in shaping the firm’s culture and supporting its strategic agenda.
